Incoming raw materials and parts are stricted controlled by Zhongbei Purchasers with Supplier Quality Service System Assessment

Quality Inspection

Quality inspection documents attached with each shipment ;Zhongbei could provide clients specific patterns of quality inspection documents, for example for Customs Clearance purpose at the destination port

Delivery in Time

Normal delivery time is 20~30 days, sample order or urgent order could be shortened in accordance with clients’ requirements.

After-Sales Maintenance & User Experience

For Zhongbei Staff, Shipment doesn’t mean the finish of one transection, we follow after shipment and keep in touch with our clients with their products user experience. Any small occurances of product quality matters for Zhongbei staff. If those quality problems are confirmed to be from Zhongbei part, relevant compensation will be provided to our clients
